So wonderful! A tax on plastic / paper bags!

This makes so much cents*! (ha.) Bring on the reusable bags, folks! *The one part that I don’t get is how you can tell if the ‘original intent’ is for pet waste, even though I support the theory of that, too. So wonderful! A tax on plastic / paper bags!
