This legal opinion is a bit crazy, and I like it given the context. It’s mostly the parents’ fault that kids hurt an elderly woman, but no way can everyone be let off the hook because “kids will be kids”. Biking on the sidewalk is a serious thing, and we can’t just have people (kids or adults) barreling into whoever crosses their path.
