It feels completely wrong even though the idea of health responsibility is completely fair. But, how can we penalize lower income families (yes, that’s a ‘risk factor’ for obesity) when they can’t afford it as easily AND have lower access to health and health care?! Also, how will tax authorities know who to tax… health records aren’t all public! WHO OWNS HEALTH?! It’s a twisted world, folks.
