An Abacus was mentioned yesterday (somehow, in relation to Rummikub), and I realized I wasn’t totally sure how it works. This fantastic man explains* the fundamentals (basic structure, addition, and subtraction), and I dig. I want a Japanese-style one. 

Maybe next week, I’ll learn multiplication and division.
